Shipping Options

All mezzala shipments are handled by Printful Inc.

Delivery time

The delivery time is 7 to 14 days after the order has been processed. If you place your order before 11:55am (CET), it will leave the warehouse the same day. Please note that the carrier does not ship on weekends. We will provide you with a tracking number when you place your order. If your order is delayed please email us at info@mezzaladesigns.com.

Responsibility Transport

mezzala assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the customer are false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the customer or the retention of the order in customs. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred since customs clearance, including any additional taxes or fees.

Exchange or Return Policy

At Mezzala we only proceed to exchange our products when you receive them in bad condition. In this case, you must send the product to the following address and we will provide you with a new one:

All our products have a detailed size and colour guide to ensure that the product fits your needs. As each product is exclusive and made to customer demand, we will not make changes or refunds for changes of mind or idea of the customer.
